We partner with Syntrio, an independent provider, to provide this confidential channel for reporting suspected fraud, unethical behavior, or regulatory violations. Syntrio’s role is to receive reports regarding misconduct and forward them directly to our designated team for review. Customer service complaints are routed differently and should be sent to support@smartbizbank.com.
